The Space
Furnished, sunny, studio apartment wonderfully located on Macleay Street in Potts Point. Potts Point is Sydney’s most cosmopolitan neighbourhood (think Soho London, The East Village NYC).

The building is the GanRay. Originally built as a pair of Victorian terraces. The apartment is a boutique accommodation option in one of Sydney’s funkiest neighbourhoods.

The apartment, located on the second floor, has a large window on the western side. The spacious studio has been designed to offer a more comfortable accommodation alternative to discerning travellers. The apartment has its own well equipped kitchen, dining area and individual bathroom and a double-sized bed.

A third person is welcome to sleep on a daybed in the dining room. The daybed is slightly shorter than a standard size bed, so it is better suited to a child or small adult.

The Space
Furnished, sunny, 1 bedroom apartment with a beautiful view of the city skyline through a huge picture window. Wonderfully located on our unique Springfield Avenue in Potts Point. Potts Point is Sydney’s most cosmopolitan neighbourhood (think Soho London, The East Village NYC).

The building is art deco. The apartment has windows on three sides. It has a queen sized bed, a kitchen with dishwasher, a washer/drier and a two flat-screen TVs.

It is two minutes walk to the nearest train station or you can walk into the CBD in fifteen minutes. There is a go-get car for hire by the hour on the street. Harbour-side parks are 5 minutes walk. The surf beaches are also a short train/ bus ride away.

Within walking distance of the Botanic Gardens, Opera House, Art Gallery, Australian Museum, central business district & most tourist sites

Furnished, bright, loft style apartment with a beautiful aspect to the trees from two large windows. The apartment has been converted from a dance studio to a loft style apartment. It is 50sqm with 3m high ceilings and a sleeping loft above the walk in wardrobe.

Wonderfully located on Victoria Street in Potts Point. Victoria Street is unique. Lined with beautiful trees, it starts at the Harbour and is filled with cafes and restaurants.

The building is a Victorian Terrace. The apartment is on the first floor at the front of the building. It was a dance studio and is now an apartment with a cosy sleeping loft. It has two beds, a queen in the loft and a double that folds down in the living space. It is very comfortably furnished.

The building is the art deco Regents Court. Originally built as gentleman’s chambers in 1926 and once home to actors, painters, dancers and writers, Regents Court is a great boutique accommodation option in one of Sydney’s funkiest neighbourhoods.

The apartment, located on the top floor, has a large north facing (what you want in the southern hemisphere to catch the sun) picture window. The spacious studio has been designed to offer a more comfortable accommodation alternative to discerning travellers. The apartment has its own well equipped kitchen, dining area and individual bathroom, queen-sized bed and a queen sized sofa bed.

The Regents Court also operates as a boutique 30 studio room hotel managed by 8hotels. This apartment is NOT managed by 8hotels. My wife and I own two apartments in the building.
