Below are some of the questions that we frequently get asked about our Pads, but if your query isn’t there, send us an email and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.

What time is check in? 

Providing we do not have guests staying in the apartment on the night before your arrival you are welcome to check in at any time. If we do have visitors leaving that day we ask you to wait till 2 pm. Please check with us before your arrival and we can advise you.

What time is check out? 

Check out is before 11 am

How far is Potts Point from sites like the Opera House and Sydney Harbour?

Potts Point is twenty minutes walk from the Opera House via the Botanic Gardens. Potts Point is bordered by Sydney Harbour to the North.

We are a 5-minute walk from Kings Cross Station.It is one train stop from the city centre.

Are there shops and restaurants nearby? 

Yes. The neighbourhood is full of them. There are also 24 hour supermarkets.

Is there Internet access? 

There is a free wireless unlimited broadband connection available in all Pads.

Do you serve breakfast or other meals? 

We do not provide breakfast or other meals. There are so many options to eat out it we could never compete.  There is a nespresso coffee maker in each pad with pods. We do provide free tea, coffee and condiments such as oil and balsamic vinegar.
